Community Outreach: The County Clerk Comes to You

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.  Throughout the spring, summer, and into autumn, if you are unable to visit our office during these hours, Westchester County Clerk Thomas M. Roach's community outreach staff travel throughout the county to bring the services of the clerk's office closer to Westchester residents.  Our community outreach staff can assist residents with varied requests.  Most frequently we assist visitors who wish to apply for a United States Passport, including having a photo taken, but we also provide notary services, can accept Military Discharges (DD-214) for filing and other services.
