Due to COVID and the Department of State requirements, our office is no longer accepting renewal applications (DS-82-Renewal by Mail) for ADULT applications whose passports are expired less than 5 years. These renewal forms MUST be mailed in by the applicant to the address listed on page 2 of the DS-82 application.
Adult passports expired more than 5 years must renew in person using the DS-11 form (New Passport Application). Appointments can be made on our website or by calling a passport agent at 914-995-2217/3089.
Children's passports must be renewed in person (parents and child must be present) using the DS-11 form. You must make an appointment to come in by going to our website or calling a passport agent at 914-995-2217/3089.
Larger Passport: If you travel extensively, you may request a larger, 52-page passport at no additional cost.
Mutilated, Altered or Damaged Passports: If your passport has been mutilated, altered or damaged, you cannot apply by mail. You must apply in person.
