2020 Lifetime Achievement Award (New York State Association of County Clerks or “NYSACC”)

Westchester County Clerk Timothy C. Idoni was presented this award. In the announcement of the award, NYSACC stated, "Tim has been a leader in statewide efforts to allow for the electronic recording of land records. He has been a driving force behind the acceptance and the expansion of the electronic filing of court records through the New York State Courts Electronic Filing System." NYSACC also recognized County Clerk Idoni's recent appointment by Chief Judge Janet DiFiore to the prestigious "Commission to Reimagine the Future of New York's Courts" to explore and recommend regulatory, structural, and technological innovations to improve the delivery and quality of justice services by the New York State court system.

2017 County Clerk of the Year (NYSACC)

Westchester County Clerk Timothy C. Idoni was named Clerk of the Year for his leadership in legislation promulgating the eRecording and E-Filing of land and legal documents statewide.

2017 Annual Achievement Award (NYSACC)

Westchester County Clerk Timothy C. Idoni was presented this award in recognition of his contributions to NYSACC over the past year. As the court-appointed Chair of the New York State Office of Court Administration Committee on Supreme Court Civil E-Filing, Idoni and his team of twenty-four judges, attorneys and county clerks from all over the state review sixty-two (62) counties’ abilities to perform mandated e-filing, to protect the public and the courts under very strict state legislative guidelines and rules. He also co-chairs NYSACC’s all-important Legislative Committee, which produces, reviews and advocates for and against legislation which impact Clerks’ systems and operations from small counties to large. He also sits on a national committee made up of private and public sector officials writing a white paper on the impact of Clerk fees across the country.

This prestigious achievement award annually recognizes county governments which integrate innovative and efficient systems of government that benefit the people they serve.

2013 Best of New York Best In-House Developed Application
Westchester County Clerk's Electronic Recording Portal

Westchester County Clerk Timothy C. Idoni accepted a Best of New York award for the Best In-House Developed Application for the Electronic Recording portal launched by the Office of the Westchester County Clerk last September. The award was presented by the Center for Digital Government, a national research institute and advocate for best practices in state and local government, which recognizes works of distinction in information technology.

2012 Annual Achievement Award (NYSACC)
Providing Leadership in the Advent of E-Filing Legal Documents in the Courts

Westchester County Clerk Timothy C. Idoni won his second achievement award in three years by leading the New York State Association of County Clerks, with the assistance of State court staff, through the arduous process of gaining state-wide legislation to allow for the electronic filing of court documents in our court system.

Access to and correction of personal information collected through this website
Any user may submit a request to the Office of the Westchester County Clerk privacy compliance officer to determine whether personal information pertaining to that user has been collected through this website. Any such request shall be made in writing to the address below and must be accompanied by reasonable proof of identity of the user. Reasonable proof of identity may include verification of a signature, inclusion of an identifier generally known only to the user, or similar appropriate identification. In the event that the Office of the Westchester County Clerk has collected personal information pertaining to a user through their website and that information is to be provided to the user pursuant to the user’s request, the privacy compliance officer shall inform the user of his or her right to request that the personal information be amended or corrected under the procedures set forth in section 95 of the Public Officers Law.
