Medicaid Managed Care is a comprehensive prepaid health services program providing quality health care to Public Assistance and Medicaid eligible individuals. The Medicaid Buy-in Program offers Medicaid coverage to people with disabilities who are working and whose net income is more than the allowable limit for regular Medicaid.
