Welcome to the Passport Division of the Office of the Westchester County Clerk. Our staff is committed to making the process of securing a passport as efficient as possible. In order to help us do so, please do not wait until the last minute. Apply now as routine passport applications are taking up to six weeks. And be sure to bring original documents with raised seals to avoid having to make a second trip. And remember that not only can you apply for a passport in our White Plains office, but you can also apply with our Community Outreach staff throughout Westchester County.
