You may purchase or renew an annual subscription service online using your MasterCard or Visa. In addition to being able to renew without leaving your office, you will no longer need to sign and forward written contracts to our office, but will instead agree to the same terms by agreeing to them online. Just go to our Land and Legal Public Viewer and in the left column, click on “To Register Now, Click Here”. If you are a new subscriber, please fill in the fields which appear to choose a user name and password. If you are renewing your existing subscription, please choose "Purchase Additional Time" on the left hand side and fill in your existing user name and password. When filling out the Payment Information screen, choose “365 days for $1,200”. Once your transaction is processed, your new expiration date, 365 days after your previous expiration date in the case of a renewal, will be displayed.
The option of signing hardcopy contracts and sending them with a check still exists. To do so you must submit three originally signed and notarized copies of the contract found below to the address listed below, along with your payment. The annual fee for each user id is $1,200. Payment in full is due at the time you submit your contract.

Instructions for Registered Users to Change Their Password: It is strongly recommended that registered users to the Land and Legal Public Viewer change the password they are issued.
Log in with your current password.
Go to the Help Tab at the top left of the menu bar.
You will see the option to Change Password. Click on that button.
Enter your user ID, current password and then your new password twice.
Click Submit and the message will appear, "Password Updated."
