E-filing of Tax Certiorari Cases in Westchester County

This course shares the history of electronic filing in the State of New York, reviews and analyzes applicable legislation including Section 202.5-b of the Uniform Rules for the Trial Courts, and examines the benefits of e-filing for practitioners.  The principal focus of the course is providing comprehensive instruction in the operation of the electronic filing system by reviewing and explaining the key system screens and functions.  Finally, the joint protocols issued by the Administrative Judge and the Westchester County Clerk for E-filing in Westchester will be explained.
