Legal Fees
Fees in the Office of the Westchester County Clerk
All fees related to a submission must be included in the form of a check or money order, made payable to the "Westchester County Clerk". When submitting a document in person, fees may also be paid in cash or by American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa.
Please note that when submitting a written request to the Legal Division, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
If a motion or proposed order does not have a self-addressed stamped envelope filed with it, a copy of the Court's determination will not be mailed to you.
