The nonpartisan League of Women Voters has a county chapter and local chapters, and is affiliated with state and federal chapters. The league site has information on issues, events and elections. At election times, the League produces a detailed listing of candidates and propositions.

Candidates for political office in Westchester and political committees may now file their legally required campaign finance statements electronically, instead of filing paper documents with the Board of Elections. On this site, you may view these statements. Electronic filing is not mandatory in Westchester County. You must contact the Board of Elections to view the filings of a particular candidate who has not filed electronically.
