In order to obtain a trade license, you must apply to take the applicable licensing examination. Please review our complete examination schedule for testing dates and cut off dates for the filing of your application. Applications for testing are available in our office or PDFs appear below. Before filling out your application, review the examples of proof of experience which qualify you to take a licensing exam.
